Echuca Tour 2017 Write-Up:

Had a fantastic tour of Echuca, one of the most successful in the last 5 years. Hospitality was outstanding by the home clubs, all the tour squad thoroughly enjoyed the tour, as all members played their role during the tour. A big thankyou to Steve Williams for your help and organisation to make this tour possible. Also to Darrell Holt for umpiring and helping out during the tour. To the parents, thank you for the support of the Crusaders Cricket Australia organisation. Unlike last year, the weather was much better and all games were not affected, which was a blessing. On the field, we were lucky enough to win every game, with some great individual performances as well as a tight knit and talented team effort. Well done to Luke Perry for leading the team during the tour, we are very proud of your efforts over the five games. Finally, a big thank you to the Country Associations for their hard work and effort, as well as the Accommodation on the tour, the staff of the Caledonian Hotel. Bring on 2018!
