QUEENS BIRTHDAY HONOUR: Recipient, Jim Higgs. Hardworking stalwart of Crusaders Cricket Australia, Jim has been recognised with his efforts through receiving Queen’s Birthday Honours for his service to the game of cricket with an OAM. Jim has not only helped contribute to the Crusaders organisation, but also as a Victorian and Australian selector, a delegate to Cricket Victoria , a Board Member of Cricket Victoria as well as his service at Richmond Cricket Club.
